• Pass drug test and possess a valid DOT medical card.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

The primary duty of the Driver, also called a Logistics Specialist II, is to deliver building materials to customers or job sites within a 200-mile radius of the home branch, with no overnight stays.

• Home every night
• Safety Bonus
• Drive a commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
• Operate all equipment safely and legally
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections
• Validate inventory, confirm delivery details, and obtain routing information
• Inspect job sites for existing damage and hazards
• Capture delivery photos following company policy

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Ability to load/unload building products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Clean driving record with no recent DWI/DUI or hit & run incidents
• Experience with DOT & OSHA safety regulations is a plus
• Work experience in distribution is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum age 18; 21 for crossing state lines or transporting hazardous materials
• Pass drug test and possess a valid DOT medical card
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify
