Job summary

DO & CO AG in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a CDL Driver to transport meals and equipment between facilities and airports, ensuring accurate catering for flights and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Responsibilities

• Transport meals, carts, and equipment between DO & CO facilities, third-party vendors, and the airport.
• Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations.
• Ensure flights are catered correctly and safely for DO & CO’s clients.
• Maintain vehicles with fueling and pre/post checks, reporting issues to dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Transport of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO Facilities and third party vendors, and the airport.
• Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
• Ensure flights are catered correctly at all times. Cater to DO & CO’s client’s airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and reports any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Comply with all applicable rules/regulations.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Qualifications
