Job summary

DO & CO AG in Boston is seeking a CDL Driver to transport meals and equipment between DO & CO facilities, third-party vendors, and the airport. You will load/unload aircraft, perform safety checks, and ensure all flights are fully catered to airline requirements.

The role requires valid CDL with class A or B, height/weight tolerance, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Competitive hourly pay and healthcare benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Transport of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO, facilities, third-party vendors, and the airport.
  • Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
  • Transport meals, meal carts, and required equipment between DO & CO facilities, third-party vendors, and the airport.
  • Load and unload aircraft in strict accordance with DO & CO standards, airline specifications, and equipment handling procedures.
  • Ensure all flights are accurately and fully catered to airline requirements.
  • Handle airline equipment efficiently, safely, and with care while maintaining service timelines.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fueling and safety checks.
  • Ensure all assigned vehicles remain in safe, fully operational condition.
  • Immediately report vehicle defects, safety concerns, or irregularities to dispatch or management.
  • Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT, airport, airline, and DO & CO regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as outlined in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
  • Adhere to all applicable federal, state, local, aviation, and airport regulations.
  • Report any food safety concerns, incidents, or system deficiencies to management and the Hygiene & Food Safety team.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment at all times.
  • Communicate general operational and safety information to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Support departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a CDL driver.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Air Brake endorsement preferred.
  • All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR
  • 1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
  • Must Pass a criminal background check.
  • Capable to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to ensure clear, accurate coordination with team members.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights of 20–25 feet.
  • Exposure to extreme temperature changes and high noise levels.
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
