Job summary

DO & CO in Boston is seeking a dynamic Dock Lead to oversee loading operations for catering flights. You will lead and train staff to ensure timely departure and accurate staging at assigned loading docks.

You will work with IT hardware/software such as O2P, ensure quality control, and collaborate with dispatch to complete flights. This full-time role offers benefits including 401K and healthcare.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate loading of catering vehicles while ensuring timely kitchen departure.
  • Coordinate, instruct, and train staff to ensure timely staging of flights to the assigned loading docks.
  • Utilize IT hardware/software (i.e. O2P) to monitor and facilitate the above.
  • Do final check with dispatch on accuracy of performed staging.
  • Ensure quality control is carried out and flights are complete.
