Job summary

Embassy Suites Nashville Airport is seeking a friendly Bellperson/Driver to greet guests, assist with bags, and provide shuttle service on weekends. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a commitment to first-class guest experiences.

Shifts run Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 12:30 am, with responsibilities including luggage handling, local information, and aiding in overall hotel operations while maintaining a neat

Salary Range: $13.00 To $13.00 Hourly

There are 2 part-time positions available

Every Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 12:30 am

The Bellperson/Driver greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotel’s high standards of quality.

Job Description

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
• Transport guests to and from the hotel using the designated shuttle/van.
• Assist guests by lifting and carrying guest baggage on and off the shuttle van, to room, or in bell closet as needed.
• Provide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, attractions, directions, etc. in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Report any needed repairs and/or service of the shuttle/van. Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance. (Specific standards outlined in team member handbook).
• Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, atrium, and other hotel areas when need.
• Perform any related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.

Requirements:
