Job summary

MTM Transit in Ajo, AZ is seeking Full-Time Drivers (CDL and Non-CDL) to join our team. You will provide safe, reliable transportation and assist passengers with loading and mobility devices as needed.

We offer training, competitive pay, and benefits. Sign-on bonus available for CDL with Passenger Endorsement; opportunities for career growth. Shifts include early starts with broad coverage seven days a week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old minimum.
• Valid Arizona driver's license; CDL with passenger endorsement for some roles may be required.
• No serious driving offenses in past 5 years; no DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• Eligible to work in the United States; able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to riders.
• Assist passengers with loading/unloading and mobility devices as required.
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs and maintain safety protocols.
