Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be 21 years or older.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy and cross state lines as needed.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; heavy lifts may require a team.
• Preferred: 2+ years’ experience safely operating a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels safely using the company vehicle while providing friendly customer service.
• Load and unload products; manage returns and assist in warehouse orders.
• Operate equipment such as forklift when needed and help in loading docks.
• Assist in other warehouse duties and maintain the assigned vehicle.

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
