Job summary

Tireco Distributors (TD) in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Driver to deliver tires and wheels, provide excellent customer service, and manage loading/unloading of products. You will also assist in warehouse tasks and operate a forklift as needed while maintaining DOT compliance and vehicle safety.

The role requires a valid license (no CDL needed), willingness to cross state lines, and the ability to move heavy loads. Great benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; may require Class D license — No CDL required.
• Meet DOT compliance requirements; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years old; willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Able to be insured under company driving policy.
• Able to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Able to move tires manually 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels to customers safely and professionally.
• Provide friendly customer service; load and unload products; collect payments and manage returns.
• Maintain and operate company vehicle; perform vehicle/delivery duties.
• Assist in warehouse orders and forklift operation when needed.
• Ensure DOT and company safety policies are followed.

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
