Job summary

The Lodge at White Bear, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Driver to pick up and deliver residents to routed stops and assist them in and out of vehicles. You will operate vehicles safely, support activity programs, and uphold resident safety.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license; CDL endorsement preferred where necessary. Compensation is $20 per hour with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO from day one, and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and drop-off residents to routed stops and assist in/out of vehicles.
• Operate vehicles safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist the Activity Director with in-house activities and setup as needed.
• Ensure residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect; report concerns to the Executive Director.
• Represent the community positively at all times.

Driver Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for picking up and delivering residents to the routed stops. Assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates vehicles in a safe and clean fashion.
• May assist the Activity Director with in-house activities, including planning and organizing, arranging furniture, decorating, and the general setup for activity programs.
• Ensures that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Reports any such instance to the Executive Director.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license. CDL endorsement preferred and required where necessary.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and ER in excess of 50lbs, as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday

Compensation: $20 per hour
