Job summary

The Lodge at White Bear, a Sonida Senior Living community in White Bear Lake, MN, is seeking a Driver to transport residents safely to routed stops and assist them in and out of vehicles.

You will operate vehicles to deliver residents, support activities, and help with setup for programs while representing the community positively. We offer competitive wages, health/dental insurance, 401k with company match, paid training, PTO from day one, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license; CDL endorsement preferred where necessary.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and ER in excess of 50lbs to perform tasks.
• Experience driving residents and assisting in activity programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver residents to routed stops and assist them in and out of vehicles.
• Operate vehicles in a safe and clean manner.
• Assist the Activity Director with in-house activities and setup for programs.

Driver Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for picking up and delivering residents to the routed stops. Assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates vehicles in a safe and clean fashion.
• May assist the Activity Director with in-house activities, including planning and organizing, arranging furniture, decorating, and the general setup for activity programs.
• Ensures that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Reports any such instance to the Executive Director.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license. CDL endorsement preferred and required where necessary.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and ER in excess of 50lbs, as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday

Compensation: $20 per hour
