Job summary

Pillar of Cedar Valley is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents and assist with appointments in a caring, family-like environment. The role includes helping residents attend doctor visits and daily activities, and stepping in on any unit as needed while upholding the highest standards of service.

You will be knowledgeable about survey processes, work with a respectful team, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from the State of Iowa.

• Assist residents to doctor appointments and regular appointments.
• When no appointments, help where ever is needed on any units.
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team.
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices.
