Job summary

Voi is opening an application pool for future Driver positions in Stockholm. The role involves collecting and deploying vehicles, recovering damaged units, swapping batteries, and on-site repairs in a fast-paced urban setting.

We seek candidates with a Swedish/EU B licence, 2+ years driving in logistics, solid Stockholm knowledge, and good English. Start date to be discussed; location is Stockholm; part-time shifts with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• A valid Swedish or EU driving licence (category B).
• 2+ years of professional driving experience in logistics or a similar role.
• Good English, spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of Stockholm and confidence driving in the city.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job.
• Nice to have: experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city.
• Search for and recover damaged vehicles in the field.
• Swap batteries and perform quick on-site repairs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs at the warehouse.
• Disassemble and recycle vehicles beyond repair.
• Receive, package and prepare new vehicles and batteries.
• Keep the fleet tidy and spot damaged vehicles or parked locations.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

Open Application; We are currently building a talent pool for future Driver positions in Stockholm. Please note that this posting is for upcoming needs and not an immediate hire.

Your day-to-day will include tasks like:

• Collecting and deploying Voi vehicles across the city

• Searching for and recovering damaged vehicles in the field

• Swapping batteries and carrying out quick on-site repairs

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs at the warehouse

• Disassembling and recycling vehicles beyond repair

• Receiving, packaging and preparing new vehicles and batteries

• Keeping the fleet tidy - spotting damaged vehicles, clearing up parking spots, lifting fallen vehicles

Job conditions

• Application status: Open / Future talent pool

• Working hours: Typically part time (60% - 3 weekdays), with opportunity to pick up additional shifts on weekdays and occasionally weekends as well

• Contract type: Seasonal / Fixed Term (2 months, with potential extension based on performance and operational needs)

What we're looking for is someone who has:
