1-800-GOT-JUNK? in California is hiring drivers for a fall season, combining driving, customer service and hands-on work. Roles include full-time and part-time shifts with paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

Our Truck Team Members combine driving, customer service, sales, and hands‑on work into one role. Each day brings different customers, locations, and challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving a company truck between customer locations
• Creating a friendly and professional experience for every customer
• Evaluating what needs to be removed and explaining service/pricing options
• Using your communication and sales skills to help customers make decisions
• Moving and loading furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Handling items weighing 75+ lbs safely throughout the shift
• Identifying reusable items for donation or recycling
• Coordinating with our operations and dispatch team throughout the day

Basic Qualifications:
