Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? SF Bay Team is hiring Truck Team Members this Fall season in the San Francisco Bay area. Work in a branded company truck, travel to homes and businesses to remove items, and deliver fast, friendly service.

Earn $33–$39+ per hour (base pay + tips + bonuses). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision; 401(k). Full-time and part-time schedules available; must be 21+, have a California driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid California driver’s license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting items daily.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work at least one weekend day.
• Smartphone capable for apps and route updates.

Responsibilities

• Team up with a partner in a branded company truck.
• Travel to homes and businesses to remove unwanted items.
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver great service.
• Lift and move items 75+ lbs safely throughout the day.
• Sort items for donation and recycling whenever possible.
