Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Route Driver / Truck Team Member in Silicon Valley. This role blends driving, sales, moving, and customer interaction, with a dynamic daily routine.

You'll drive company vehicle, meet customers, explain pricing, load items up to 75+ lbs, and help leave customers with a positive impression. Full-time or part-time; no CDL required; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Acceptable driving history for the previous 3 years.
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing 75+ lbs.
• Smartphone capable of running required company apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle between customer jobs.
• Meet homeowners and business customers.
• Explain pricing and help customers choose the right service.
• Move and load furniture, appliances, and other items.
• Perform physical work that includes lifting 75+ lbs.
• Separate items for recycling, donation, or disposal.
• Stay in contact with dispatch as routes and appointments change.

Route Driver / Truck Team Member
Silicon Valley | Full-Time & Part-Time | No CDL Needed

This role is a mix of route driving, sales, moving, general labor, and customer interaction, so every shift looks a little different.

During your shift, you'll:
