Job summary

The Preserve at Palm-Aire in Florida is seeking a part-time driver to safely transport residents, assist with mobility, and provide excellent customer service. This role offers a flexible schedule with weekend and weekday shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays.

You will join a team that values respect, support, and a wonderful work environment, with opportunities to cover full-time vacations and earn extra hours throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Friendly, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs including wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, outings, and events.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely and comfortably.
• Load, secure, and unload wheelchairs when needed.
• Provide friendly conversation and outstanding customer service during every trip.
• Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while away from the community.
• Assist with activities and light community support when transportation is not scheduled.

Part-Time Schedule

We're looking for a dependable driver who can work:

• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sundays: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Additional opportunity: This position will also provide coverage for our full-time driver's scheduled vacations and time off, offering extra hours throughout the year.
