The Arbor Company is seeking a Driver Extraordinaire to transport residents safely to appointments and events, while also engaging with them to enhance daily life. A clean driving record and a friendly, compassionate demeanor are essential, along with strong interpersonal skills for interactions with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive safely and courteously with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with engaging residents in activities and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to appointments, social events, and excursions.
• Engage with residents and assist with light tasks to enrich daily life.
• Ensure safety and comfort during transportation and activities.
• Represent The Arbor Company in a warm, respectful manner.
