The Arbor Company seeks a part-time Activities Assistant to support resident programs and events Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, about 20 hours weekly. You will engage residents with activities, guide outings, and help keep activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable and patient.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable driving a community passenger van and having a clean driving record.
• Experience in activities, hospitality, recreation, customer service, or senior living is a plus—not required.
• Seeking a meaningful part-time role rather than a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident activities, events, games, and social programs.
• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, outings, and community events.
• Help residents safely enter and exit the community vehicle.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage participation.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up activities.
• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and transportation logs.
• Help residents with walkers, packages, and personal belongings as needed.
• Bring positive energy and compassion to every interaction.
