Job summary

Clarendale West End is seeking a hospitality focused Driver to join our team. The role involves transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings, and extended trips, with occasional housekeeping tasks as needed.

The position is part-time, primarily Monday through Thursday with specific morning hours, and requires a high school diploma and six months of bus/van driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required.
• Experience driving SUV or Ford Transit van preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive SUV or Ford Transit van on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Supports creating a culture where business decisions in this position drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.

Schedule: Part-time opportunity, primarily Monday - Thursday 9:30am-3:00pm or 10:00am-3:30pm with occasional weekend or evening hours

Salary: $18.50/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

• Drive SUV or Ford Transit Van on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
