1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring in the Modesto area. This role involves driving, customer interactions, and on-site junk removal with provided training. You will participate in home and business junk removal, focusing on fast, friendly service and environmental responsibility.

Employees enjoy weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, and advancement opportunities. Must be at least 21, have a CA driver's license, and be able to lift 75 lbs+. No CDL required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (insurance purposes).
• Valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record for the past 3+ years.
• Physically capable of lifting and loading 75 lbs+ repeatedly.
• Comfortable meeting customers and communicating the value of our services.
• Must be able to drive for over 45 minutes at a time.
• Able to work full days (6-9 hours per day on average).
• Open availability to be considered.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Driving: Get trained in-house to safely drive Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks.
• Sales: Present estimates to customers throughout the day with a partner.
• Truck Operations: Safely operate the trucks.
• Junk Diversion: Sort donatable items, recyclables, and items for diversion.
• Marketing: Be a brand advocate through Guerilla and Mobile Marketing in our trucks.
• Safety: Commit to safe and professional navigation, driving, and efficient loading/unloading.
