Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho is seeking a Driver to enrich residents' daily experiences by transporting them to appointments, shopping trips, lunches and other outings in our van or bus.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, a high school diploma, and an ability to read, write and speak English. Primary hours are Monday through Friday 8am–4pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to provide an annual DMV driving record with favorable results.
• Enjoy working with seniors and being part of a Life Enrichment team.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Transport active, dynamic residents to appointments, shopping trips, lunches and other outings in our van or bus.
• Deliver courteous and good-natured service to residents during outings.
• Support a positive, enriching daily experience for residents and their families.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idaho's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Driver.

As a Driver, you will enrich lives each day by transporting active, dynamic residents to appointments, shopping trips, lunches, and other outings in our van or bus. Your courteous and good-natured personality will add an extra aspect of enjoyment to resident excursions, giving you the daily opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents!

The primary hours of work will be Monday-Friday from 8am through 4pm. However, flexibility will be needed for any evening or weekend outings that may be scheduled.
