Living Fully Resorts in Leasburg, MO is seeking a Driver to safely run the resort shuttle, helping guests get to and from attractions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

This seasonal, full-time role requires a Class B license with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record, with duties including luggage assistance and coordination with staff for events.

Safely operate the resort shuttle, transporting guests to various locations within the resort and nearby attractions. Your friendly and courteous service will ensure a delightful experience for every ride. Assist guests with boarding, disembarking, and luggage. Maintain the shuttle in top condition through routine inspections and timely reporting to maintenance. Adhere to schedules and routes, ensuring efficient transportation services. Collaborate with resort staff for special events, uphold safety standards, and follow traffic laws and resort policies.

• Compensation: Starting at $20.00 an hour, depending on experience

What you will do as a Driver:

• Safely operate the resort shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations within the resort and nearby attractions.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow a designated schedule and route, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
• Communicate effectively with resort staff to coordinate shuttle services for events, activities, and special occasions.
• Uphold a high standard of safety, following traffic laws and resort policies at all times.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.

What we are looking for in a Driver:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Class B License with a passenger endorsement
• Previous experience as a shuttle or bus driver preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions.
• Ability to adhere to a schedule and maintain punctuality.

• Physical ability to assist with luggage and navigate in and out of the shuttle.
