Park Place Parking / Fast Park & Relax in Houston, TX is hiring an overnight shuttle driver to transport passengers between our parking lot and the airport terminal. You will operate a shuttle bus, follow routes, and maintain logs with a strong focus on safety and passenger comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate; overnight shift 12am–8am.
• Experience delivering strong customer service to diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus safely and in compliance with traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from airport/parking locations on designated routes.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report safety issues promptly.
• Keep vehicle clean and provide courteous customer service; assist with luggage.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations, following pre-determined routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trip counts and other required documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle bus, both inside and out.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist passengers with luggage or other belongings.
• Communicate effectively with guest ambassadors / dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in mandatory training programs as required by DOT regulations and company policy.
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the appropriate authorities and company personnel.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and work 12am – 8am.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
