TBI Listings Inc. is seeking CDL-A drivers to join our car-transport team. We work with cars and also use vans, refrigerated, flatbed, and Conestoga trailers; no car-hauling experience? we train you on-site.

We offer 28-33% of gross pay, home time of 2 weeks on the road and 1 week home, nationwide location in the US, Freightliner and Kenworth tractors, training on fleet types, an in-house repair shop, and a dispatcher with direct contact.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license with at least 2 years of driving history.
• Clean or acceptable driving record per MVR guidelines.
• Valid DOT medical card and compliance with DOT/FMCSA.
• Ability to pass a background check and be approved by an insurer.
• Willingness to train for car-hauling and trailer types.

Responsibilities

• Operate car-hauling equipment and trailers safely.
• Load and secure vehicles for transport and unloading.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for routes, timing and delays.
• Attend training on new trailer types and procedures.

## CDL-A DRIVER (COMPANY DRIVER) Car Transporters | Vans | Refrigerated Trucks | Flatbed Trucks | Conestoga ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team. Our focus is transporting cars, but we also use vans, refrigerated trucks, flatbed trucks, and Conestoga semi-trailers. Never transported cars before? No problem – we offer on-site training. > Primary specialization: CAR TRANSPORTATION. No experience in this field? We will train you. WHAT WE OFFER \\* Pay: 28-33% of gross \\* Home Time: 2 weeks on the road - 1 week home \\* Location: Nationwide, anywhere in the US \\* Vehicles: Freightliner and Kenworth \\* Training on our fleet: 1-2 days when switching to a new trailer type \\* In-house repair shop: less downtime, no need to wait in line at third-party shops \\* Dispatcher who answers the phone: direct contact, no gambling \\* Long-term employment: we build a team, not fill a monthly position REQUIREMENTS \\* CDL-A driver's license: at least 2 years from original issue date (insurance requirement) \\* Clean or acceptable driving record (MVR): no serious accidents, moving violations, DUI/DWI, or license suspensions; Individual moving violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis \\* Valid DOT medical card \\* Compliance with DOT/FMCSA and the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse database \\* Ability to pass a background check and be approved by an insurance company \\* Responsible attitude to safety, safety, and delivery schedules Trailer Experience Experience with the specific type of trailer you want to drive is preferred. However, lack of experience is not an automatic denial. If you have sufficient driving experience with a CDL, a good driving record, and meet insurance requirements, we will train you. Special Situations \\* Drivers with SAP: We will consider. We will ask questions about the reinstatement process, current eligibility, and retesting requirements. \\* Past: Past issues do not automatically mean denial. We consider what happened, when, whether the case was closed, and if there are any current restrictions. The final decision on each candidate is made after verification and approval by the insurance company. TRANSITION TO CAR HAULING – WE’LL TRAIN YOU If you currently drive a dry van, refrigerated truck, flatbed, or semi-trailer and want to transition to car hauling, we’ll teach you everything from scratch: \\* loading/unloading \\* vehicle placement \\* lashing \\* operating equipment \\* route planning \\* safety procedures Training takes 1–2 days at our facility. Afterward, we conduct an internal exam to prepare you for the trip and driving, and only then will you begin driving the vehicle yourself. We don’t just hand you a trailer and say “good luck.” We train you and help you get started with confidence. HOOKING PROCESS \\* Brief conversation: what you haul now, what kind of trailer, how long you’ve had your CDL, what you don’t like about your current company. \\* Check: MVR, driving history, background, Clearinghouse, proof of insurance. \\* Orientation and training on the parking lot, pre-trip/road exam. \\* First trip with dispatcher support.
