Hearthwood Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Driver to transport residents to shopping trips, weekly outings, and extended trips as scheduled. CDL is required, and a high school diploma or GED is necessary with a minimum of six months’ experience driving buses or vans.

The role involves driving on a regular schedule, assisting residents on and off the vehicle, tracking attendance and equipment, loading groceries, and coordinating routine maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Drive van, bus or automobile on a regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Transport residents to shopping trips and weekly outings on Mon, Wed and Fri and medical trips Tue/Thu.
• Assist residents on and off vehicle and track attendance and equipment as needed.
• Load groceries and other purchases into the vehicle.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• Support a culture that drives occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Hearthwood Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to shopping trips, weekly outings and extended trips as scheduled.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Transport residents to shopping trips and weekly outings Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as medical trips on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
