Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego area is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to transport residents safely in company vehicles and wheelchair-accessible vans. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and dependable attendance within a luxury senior living community.

Responsibilities include assisting residents in and out of vehicles, performing basic vehicle upkeep, and supporting activities and concierge duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Experience driving for hotel, resort, private club or senior community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, including use of wheelchair lift as needed.
• Perform daily upkeep and preventative maintenance on vehicles, including fueling and servicing.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed and provide hospitality during trips.
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed; prioritize customer service and satisfaction.

Our newly constructed luxury senior living community is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to provide safe, attentive transportation for our residents. If you have experience driving for a hotel, resort, private club, senior community or shuttle service, your skills could be a great fit.

You’ll drive company-owned cars and wheelchair-accessible passenger vans while combining safe driving, local area knowledge, patience and exceptional hospitality to make every trip safe, comfortable and enjoyable. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
• Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift
• Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
