Working Lead - Driveline (Springfield MO)

Internal Only: This position is only for employees currently working at CNH Reman
The working lead will ensure manufacturing standards are met, work is accomplished and promote a safe work environment. This employee will also help train new and current employees, and lead by example. Must work with the safety and quality departments to ensure all safety and quality requirements are met. This employee will drive teamwork and collaboration within the department while ensuring safety, quality and production goals are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED)
• Regular, predictable and reliable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with and motivate a team
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Must have knowledge and understanding of each position in the department
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to work with computers and software systems,
• Must wear all personal protective equipment PPE
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead
• Must meet all physical demands of the job
• Work in both hearing conservation and non-hearing conservation areas

Preferred

• 2 + years of experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment with at least 2 years in production
