Job summary

My CNH Reman in Springfield, MO is seeking a Production Technician I to disassemble driveline components and inspect parts for quality. You will follow defined processes, perform routine and non-routine production duties, and collaborate with safety and quality teams to meet regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools and heavy equipment, maintaining good housekeeping, and ensuring timely completion of disassembly while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED) required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, SDS, and JSA.
• Ability to work with computers and software systems; must wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and submit PCR for incorrect instructions.
• Operate tools and equipment (pallet jack, hoist, press, wash, grinder) as directed.
• Disassemble cores per established processes and meet standard hours.
• Ensure clean cores, send usable parts to inspection and salvage questionable parts.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in accordance with procedures.
