Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing Inc. is seeking Production Technicians to assist in disassembly or reassembly of transmission components and related processes.

You will follow detailed work instructions, ensure parts are properly labeled, tagged, and gauged, and maintain a clean work area while adhering to safety requirements. The role supports multiple production stages, requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, and may involve shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow English work instructions (pictures included).
• Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble or reassemble transmission units and related components.
• Follow work instructions to complete assigned processes.
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use hand tools (e.g., wrenches) to adjust parts.
• Notify supervisor when parts are needed.
• Tag and label parts for proper identification.
• Report any equipment defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Comply with safety regulations (OSHA Right-to-Know).
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Raise safety concerns promptly.
