Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Product Engineer in Plymouth, MI to join the R&D Driveline Engineering team. You will contribute to next-generation products for traditional and electrified automotive powertrains, leveraging mechanical product expertise across the value chain.

You will work on documentation, customer specifications, CAD activities, and product development with cross-functional teams. Strong collaboration and hands-on engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor's degree or in progress with expected graduation date.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with 3D CAD and product data management tools.
• Internships/co-op or project work in automotive/mechanical design.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and document product data and engineering information.
• Prepare specifications, recommendations, and technical documentation for customers.
• Assist in CAD activities and design reviews for projects.
• Support product development activities, including testing and validation.
