Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product, project, or manufacturing engineering.
• Automotive/EV experience is a plus.
• Experience in product development or technical leadership (NMO/ETO).
• Strong knowledge of high-precision mechanical components.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Tool experience: Creo, PDM Link, Windchill; project management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain the product's technical data and specifications.
• Plan and execute design/3D CAD requests and engineering tasks.
• Drive product development activities for mechanical and mechatronic products.
• Conduct DFMEA, simulations, prototypes, and validations for robust design.
• Capture EV/PWT learnings to update design rules for motors and powertrains.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product requirements forSales and Applications.
• Lead design and validation for engineering changes.
