Qualificações

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• Drive-thru or speed-of-service experience is a big plus.
• High-energy, people-first leadership; set pace and culture.
• Growth mindset with promotion path as stands expand.

Responsabilidades

• Run the Stand: Own daily operations, sales, and profitability; manage schedule and costs.
• Build the Crew: Hire, train, and energize a high-output team; develop shift leads.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: Coach on drink quality and guest connections.
• Lead from the Floor: Hands-on leadership on headset, bar, and window.
