Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) in Wisconsin is hiring a Drive Thru Associate to help customers with online purchases and drive-thru loading. You’ll also assist in the warehouse and ensure smooth pickup processes for customers.

The role requires strong communication, retail experience if possible, evening and weekend availability, and the ability to pass a background check. Benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $15.50/hr

Job Duties

The Drive Thru Associate will assist customers with their online pick-up purchases and drive thru bulk loading. They will assist in the warehouse duties as well.

• Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas
• Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment
• Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including:
  • Move freight to staging area or shelves
  • Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors
  • Move palletized products to various departments
  • Transfer products from pallet to pallet
  • Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area
  • Load products into customer vehicles
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies
  and/or procedures
