Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work 5 days per week with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of labor laws, budgeting and staffing practices.
• Leadership and supervisory skills; strong communication.
• Problem solving, decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew, carhops and skating carhops.
• Directs drive-in staff to meet operational standards.
• Prepares staff schedules and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Maintains inventory and places supply orders within cost controls.
• Ensures accurate payroll and employment records.
• Resolves guest requests and addresses complaints promptly.
• Hires restaurant crew and management to achieve staffing goals.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable financial or sales trends.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
