Responsibilities include managing and coaching team members and carhops, scheduling, inventory, opening/closing, maintaining records, and upholding standards; strong leadership and guest service are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or equivalent supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in running drive-in operations.
• Train and support Team/CreW Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service and safety standards.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties; monitor staffing and inventory.
