Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience supervising restaurant shifts and staffing.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, lead, schedule, and manage staff.
• Manage staff compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Oversee drive-in operations to deliver optimal guest experience.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance.
• Maintain drive-in records and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment.
• Lead regular team meetings.
