Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs drive-in employees to meet service standards
• Adheres to employee policies and practices
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Prepares employee schedules and adjusts staffing
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls
• Maintains payroll and employment records
• Ensures customer service excellence and resolves guest requests
• Interviews and hires staff to maintain appropriate staffing
• Develops action plans to address unfavourable sales trends
• Develops and implements a marketing plan
