Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach team members and carhops to ensure quality food service.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.

• Perform opening and/or closing duties and adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Monitor inventory, food cost and administration duties.
• Provide exceptional guest service and promptly address guest requests and concerns.
