Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to standards.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels.
• Monitors inventory and places orders for supplies within cost controls.
• Completes payroll and employment records.
• Ensures customer service focus and resolves guest requests effectively.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan to drive sales.
