Job summary

Findlay is seeking experienced, journeyman Technicians to support our booming service business at the Henderson, NV dealership. We offer a competitive signing bonus for the right person and value veterans in this industry.

This high-volume shop emphasizes teamwork and customer service. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, test components with diagnostic tools, and coordinate with the Service Advisor on estimates and warranty work.

Qualifications

• CERTIFICATIONS & previous experience at an automotive dealership
• Strong teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding any additional required services and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
