Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. in the Carolinas is seeking a Drinking Water Leader to grow our drinking water practice and deliver exceptional service to established clients.

You will lead strategic drinking water projects, support pursuits and client service, and mentor staff while collaborating with National Practice Leaders and area managers. The role demands a strong leader with 15+ years in environmental engineering and PE licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure is required.
• Typically, 15+ years of related work experience in Environmental Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex technical analyses and engineering design efforts.
• Prepare, review, and approve advanced technical reports and engineering deliverables.
• Develop and design environmental protection systems and infrastructure for complex projects.
• Coordinate growth activities related to drinking water and reuse in the Carolina's area.
• Inform development of Business Unit technical focus and identify emerging trends.
• Act as sales leader for strategic pursuits or Client Service Manager for key clients.
• Build capacity to deliver on business unit goals for the specialty and area.
