V3 Companies seeks a senior Water Supply & Wastewater Group Leader to build our Carolinas practice. You will lead complex WS/WW projects from planning through construction support while engaging clients and mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

• Registered professional engineer (PE) with 10+ years in water/wastewater.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of pump stations and treatment facilities.
• Strong local network in Carolinas water community.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water supply and/or wastewater projects.
• Lead business development; client engagement and proposals.
• Mentor and grow team; ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers.
• Engage with municipalities and regional agencies in the Carolinas.
