V3 Companies in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC, seeks a senior Water Supply & Wastewater Group Leader to build our Carolinas practice. You will lead and deliver WS/WW projects, mentor teams, and engage clients across the region.

Ideal candidate is a registered PE with 10+ years in municipal water/wastewater consulting, with a strong local network in the Carolinas and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE in the US preferred.
• 10+ years in municipal water/wastewater consulting.
• Experience leading projects from planning to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water supply and/or wastewater projects (pump stations, treatment facilities, conveyance).
• Lead business development: client engagement, proposals, interviews.
• Build relationships with municipalities and utilities in the Carolinas; understand market needs and funding drivers.
• Mentor and grow the team; ensure high-quality delivery through repeatable workflows.
