Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related field.
• Internship or field-based experience preferred.
• Eligible to drive company/personal vehicle for company purposes as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance analytics and optimization initiatives for Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC by analyzing drilling data to support field operations.
• Track, analyze, and manage KPI’s to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate critical information to operations teams and customers.
• Lead performance-improvement plans and coordinate with field personnel and management to implement changes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and support groups to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Coach operations personnel on performance tools and data analytics practices.
• Analyze large datasets and build visuals using Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms.
