Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to drive performance initiatives for assigned customers.
• Track, analyze, and manage KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate drilling performance and propose improvements to practices and parameters.
• Identify inefficiencies on rigs and write performance improvement plans.
• Develop roadmaps and heatmaps for operational phases.
• Own improvement plans and drive corrective actions to completion.
