Precision Drilling Corporation is hiring entry-level Floorhands (Roughnecks) to support rig operations in our Appalachia Division in Pennsylvania. Starting pay is $30.64/hr with overtime and a per diem option, plus Texas-style housing accommodations.

You will join a safety-focused team that values training and career growth, with 14‑day rotations and 12‑hour shifts on land-based drilling rigs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Recent drilling rig experience, or entry-level applicants with 2+ years of outdoor heavy labor experience.
• A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Must pass a physical fitness test and drug and alcohol screening.
• Able to handle 14‑day rotations and 12‑hour shifts outdoors.
• Willingness to embrace Precision's safety culture and operating principles.
