Designer/Visual Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Digital Designer who can deliver timely, high-quality design solutions across email, app, and SMS channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative visual design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, product managers, and developers to create effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
• Utilize a variety of design tools and software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts for digital and print media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technology to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Workfront and Figma,
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred to facilitate effective collaboration with web development teams.
• Experience with workflow management tools, such as Adobe Workfront or similar software, to manage projects efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts clearly.
