Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Dredge Operator to run dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks and related equipment for paving, grading and material movement. Daily inspections and keeping equipment clean are required to ensure safe operations.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience, plus strong reading/writing ability and excellent driving skills. We offer competitive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks, feeds bins with various aggregate materials, maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded, moves earth or material from one location to another, and performs paving/grading work.
• Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Performs daily inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
