How You Will Make an Impact:

As Atlas Energy Solutions’ Dredge Master, you will be at the helm of our dredging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible extraction of sand resources. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, oversee daily dredging activities, and maintain compliance with operational and safety standards. This is a critical leadership role that supports our mission to deliver high-quality proppant solutions to the energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily dredging operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines.
  • Supervise and mentor dredge crew members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain dredging equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Implement best practices to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports on production, equipment status, and safety incidents.
  • Collaborate with site managers, logistics teams, and engineering staff to align dredging activities with broader operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating and managing dredging equipment in an industrial or mining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety and performance.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and mechanical dredging systems, pumps, and related equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions in real-time.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in dredging operations, heavy equipment operation, or marine safety are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in remote field locations and adapt to changing operational needs.
