David’s Bridal is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead a Dream Maker team and deliver five-star customer service. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and drive sales while ensuring operational excellence across payroll, inventory, and guest experience.

Responsibilities include setting daily sales goals, mentoring teammates, maintaining scheduling within budget, and building a strong talent bench to meet staffing goals within 30 days. Legacy benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles and ensure a five-star guest experience.
• Manage payroll hours and monitor timesheets to stay within budget.
• Achieve Total Monthly Income goals through leadership and performance.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs and stock quality.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team updates and interactions.
• Coach team via performance reviews using customer reviews and mystery shops.
• Build staffing bench to fill open positions within 30 days.
